Japanese Koto Players Begin Library Events Today

In a preview of their Wednesday performance as members of Strings and Serpents, the ensemble’s two Japanese koto players will present an outreach session in the Stapleton Library commons area on Tuesday, October 21, from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m.

Contemporary Collaboration Performance Includes U.S., France, and Japan

The Ovation! series will present Strings and Serpents, an international collaboration that explores a synthesis of Japanese and Western structures by merging musical and visual form, performed on October 22, 2014.
