As part of IUP’s Get Healthy program, the Open Door is hosting Breathe Easy, a tobacco-cessation program designed to help IUP employees and community members quit tobacco in six sessions.
The counselors provide tobacco counseling, education, support, and personal plans to help you quit and stay without it.
The Open Door has scheduled the next group of Breathe Easy tobacco-cessation classes at Indiana Regional Medical Center, Private Dining Room 3, starting at 5:30 p.m. and ending at 7:00 p.m. on the dates listed below. Park by and enter through the Women’s Imaging Center.
This is a free program, but registration is required!
Register by calling the Open Door Prevention Department at 724-465-2605 and press 7.
