friendly reminder that the Academic Computing Policy Advisory Committee (ACPAC)
made a recommendation in its February meeting to upgrade to Microsoft Office
2013 in the public labs and standard multimedia classrooms beginning in Fall
2014. As such, the four public labs—Library, Leonard, Eberly, and Stright—will be upgraded accordingly.
See a list of public labs. In addition, all standard multimedia
classrooms will also be updated: see a list of standard multimedia classrooms.
To coincide with this upgrade, each college
technology manager and the IT Support Center plan to also transition to Office
2013 over the summer.
