New Group Meditation Sittings Start This Week

If you find it hard to meditate alone, or would like to try to learn how to meditate, please join us on Mondays between 6:15–7:00 p.m. or Wednesdays between 4:15–5:00 p.m. to sit with a group.

The facilitators can answer some of your questions about your practice, and also offer various kinds of mindfulness meditation practices for you to try. All are welcome. These are drop-in groups, so you may come as often as you like.
