A free undergraduate tai chi workshop will be offered on November 2 from 9:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Registration is required by e-mailing Patti at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and whether or not you have any previous tai chi experience (not necessary). Fifteen spaces are available—first come, first served.
Pablo Bueno Mendoza will teach the first third of Cheng Man-Ch'ing (Zhang Manqing) Yang style Tai Chi Ch'uan (Taijiquan). This form is based upon martial applied defensive moves that are synchronized to breathing patterns that assist with relaxation and meditation.
