The workshop “Got Stress?” will be offered on Wednesday, October 16, 2013, from 5:00–6:00 p.m. at Suites on Maple East, G-60.
It seems as if everyone is dealing with some form of stress. Learn the most common sources of stress for college students and tools for effectively dealing with stress. Workshop includes mindful meditation skills and resources available on campus.
(across from Folger; go in the main entrance and turn left—or ask at the front desk!)
Attendance slips for extra credit (if needed for various classes) are available.
