Staff members from the Center for Rural Pennsylvania (CRPA) will visit the IUP campus on Tuesday, April 30, 2013, from 11:00 a.m.–noon.
All interested IUP faculty researchers are invited to join us in the IUP Research Institute conference room (1179 Grant Street, Suite 1, located at the corner of Grant St. and Oakland Ave.), and take the opportunity to talk candidly and openly with Center for Rural Pennsylvania staff about your proposal idea(s) for the 2014 Center for Rural Pennsylvania Research Grant Program.
Mary Kandray Gelenser and Barry Dank, who administer the CRPA grant opportunities, have represented the center for many years and are committed to helping you write a successful proposal. So that we have a general idea of attendance, please RSVP by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are planning to submit a letter of intent by the May 17, 2013, deadline, or you just want to learn more about the Center for Rural PA, please join us at the RI for this session. Take advantage of their experience, knowledge, and willingness to help!
The Center for Rural Pennsylvania has been funded at a level that allows it again to provide an RFP for 2014. The Request for Proposals is available on the Center for Rural Pennsylvania website. The Letter of Intent is due May 17, 2013, with invited full proposals due September 6, 2013.
The IUP Research Institute is here to serve you and assist you with development and submission of all externally funded proposals. Please contact Tracy Eisenhower at the IUP Research Institute to schedule a time to discuss your proposal idea and Letter of Intent for the Center for Rural Pennsylvania. In order to ensure that proper authorizations and recognition occur, all submissions will be done by the IUP Research Institute. Please do not submit the LOI on your own. Tracy can be reached via e-mail at email@example.com or via phone at 724-357-1915.
