Dietetic interns Molly Synder, Melanie Laird, and Francesca Calabrese hosted a cooking demonstration as part of the IUP Wellness Works Initiative on April 9, 2013.
Sixteen IUP faculty and staff members attended “Quick and Lite Dinner Tonight” and learned how to put together a quick dinner that is tasty and healthy! The interns provided attendees with healthy dinner recipes that are quick to prepare, discussed ways to make favorite recipes healthier, and demonstrated how to prepare a few recipes: Skillet Braised Pork Chops with Peach-Chili Sauce and Ten-Minute Corn Chowder.
