Parveen Ali and Susan Dawkins, faculty members in the Department of Developmental Studies, published an article in the summer issue of Academic Exchange Quarterly.
In “Math Attitude and Performance in College,” Ali and Dawkins discuss the results of their quantitative study of the relationship between students’ attitude toward and performance in math courses.
They also address the relationship of gender and mothers’ educational levels to students’ attitudes toward and performance in math.
