Can't make it to Memorial Field House to see the Crimson Hawks in action this weekend?

Watch on the Web as the IUP women's basketball team takes on eighth-seeded Mount Olive in the quarterfinals of the NCAA Division II East Region tournament at 5:30 p.m. Friday.

Entering the tournament as the top seed, the Crimson Hawks are attempting to claim the regional title for their first time since 1999. They advanced to the regional tournament after winning their second consecutive PSAC title on Saturday against California University of Pennsylvania.

The IUP games, though not televised, will be available at no charge on the Penn Atlantic website for the duration of the NCAA Division II East Region tournament, running Friday through Monday at the field house.

Preregistration

To preregister for the webcast, which Penn Atlantic recommends, follow these instructions:

  1. Go to the Penn Atlantic website.
  2. Once on the website, select “Watch Now.” This will take you to the game schedule.
  3. On the game schedule, find the game (#1 IUP vs. #8 Mount Olive, at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, quarterfinals). Select “Add to Cart” next to the game listing. This will take you to the login page.
  4. On the login page, you will see e-mail and password fields at the top. Use these only if you have already created an account with Penn Atlantic. (If you already have an account, enter your e-mail address and Penn Atlantic password as indicated and skip to Step 6.) If you have never registered a Penn Atlantic account, select the “Register” button, which will take you to a registration screen.
  5. On the registration screen, you will be asked to follow links to determine if you will be able to view the webcast. You will also be asked for information such as your name, e-mail address, a password that you will create for your Penn Atlantic account, phone number (optional), address, etc. After you have entered the necessary information, select the “Register” button. This will allow you to view your cart.
  6. On the “Your Cart” screen, select the game (if it is not already selected) and choose “checkout.” This will take you to a billing information screen (even though this webcast is free).
  7. On the billing information screen, you will be asked to select “cancel order” or “proceed.” Select “proceed,” and the “My Games” screen will appear.
  8. On the “My Games” screen, select “Purchase games in cart” (even though this webcast is free). This completes the registration process.

Note: As IUP advances in the tournament, details of the next game webcast will be available on the Penn Atlantic website.

Viewing the Game

The webcast will be available about fifteen minutes before the start of the game.

To view the webcast, follow these instructions:

  1. Go to the Penn Atlantic website.
  2. Select the “My Games” tab near the top of the page.
  3. Inside the “Purchased games” box, a “View Game” link will appear approximately fifteen minutes before the start of the game. Follow that link to view the webcast.
