Course descriptions for graduate and undergraduate programs in Music, (B.A.), Music Performance (B.F.A.) and Music Education (B.S.Ed.), are available for on-line review in alphabetical order by area on our Banner system.
Most music courses are restricted to students in one of the three programs listed above plus the Interdiscinplinary Fine Arts (IFA) Musical Theater track. Introduction to Music (MUHI 101) is open to all IUP students for credit as the Fine Arts requirement in the Liberal Studies curriculum. All music ensembles are open to the entire IUP community by audition or permission from the Ensemble Director.
