  • MA candidate in Choral Conducting Kelly Rocchi and Nazareth High School selected to perform for the 2019 Eastern NAfME Conference.
  • Chorale selected to perform for the 2018 Eastern ACDA Convention.

  • 2018 Chamber Singers premieres Dame Ethel Smyth's "The Prison" with the Johnstown Symphony Orchestra.

  • Jonathan Walker-Vankuren (BFA '15) joined the Fort Worth Opera Lesley Artist Program for the 2018-19 season. He has also apprenticed with Opera Santa Barbara, Utah Festival Opera and Musical Theater, and the Sherril Milnes Studio Artist at the Savannah Voice Festival.
  • Benjamin Strong (BFA '20 expected graduation) won second place at the National Association of Teachers of Singing National Competition in Las Vegas, Nevada, after finishing first at both the Tri-state District and Eastern Regional NATS competitions.
  • Jessica Zelenack (MA '16), appointed to Milwaukee Public Schools and Milwaukee Children's Chorus.
  • Samuel Weiser (BSED '14) joined Washington National Opera's Domingo-Cafritz Young Artist. Program for the 2018-19 season. He was an apprentice artist at Central City Opera in the summer of 2018; was a Gerdine Young Artist with Opera Theater of St. Louis in 2016-17, winning the Richard Gaddes Career Grant; and is a winner in the St. Louis District of the Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions.
  • Anna Berry (BFA '13) was invited to join the Wichita Grand Opera Apprentice Program in 2015.
  • Samantha Wood (BFA '12) was granted a teaching fellowship at the University of North Texas, where she is pursuing a doctoral degree of Musical Arts in Voice.
  • Multiple internships with the prestigious Blue Lake Music Camp.
  • Tate Dewalt, second place 2013 ACDA-PA undergraduate choral conducting competition.
  • Chorale performs at the 2013 ACDA-PA Fall Conference.
