MBA Designed for Professionals

The MBA Executive Track is designed to serve the needs of experienced managers from a wide range of business areas such as the industrial, financial, nonprofit, small business, and public sectors.

Hybrid Program: Best of Both Worlds

We make it easier for you to earn an accredited MBA degree while continuing your working career.

With our hybrid program, you'll have the networking and mentoring advantages of an accredited, classroom-based program and the flexibility of an online system - conveniently combined.

Our hybrid program includes online courses as well as classroom instruction at three Pennsylvania locations: Monroeville, Johnstown, and our Northpointe campus.

Classes meet alternate Saturdays (Monroeville and Johnstown) and on Monday evenings (Northpointe). For more information on the MBA Executive Track at any of these locations, register for an information session.

Cohort Format Builds a Network

This track features a a lock-step format in which members of each class begin the program at the same time, take all the required courses together, and typically complete the program as a group.

This facilitates the formation of long-term study groups, extends a peer group or cohort experience to the participants, and creates a long-lasting network that develops both business and social contacts.

Strengthen Your Leadership Style

This challenging MBA track emphasizes strategic decision-making in a changing global environment. The curriculum offers training in foundations of management, basic analytical techniques, and contemporary management tools and technologies.
