B.S. in Human Resources Management
Students will gain expertise in areas such as job design, staffing, training, compensation, and performance appraisal.  
B.S. in International Business
This degree helps students acquire a thorough understanding of managing global operations in the contemporary business environment.
B.S. in Management, Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management Track
Students will focus on creation and operation of a small business.
B.S. in Management, General Management Track
The track is distinguished by its emphasis on the achievement of organized goals through the efforts of organization members.  
B.S. in Management, Operations Management Track
Students in this track focus on production, operations, quality issues, and inventory and capacity management.
Minor in Entrepreneurship for Fine Arts Students
The minor for fine arts students is designed to give nonbusiness majors a general background in starting and running a small business.

This minor is for business majors in the Eberly College of Business and Information Technology.
