Programs of Study

B.S. in Human Resources Management: Students will gain expertise in areas such as job design, staffing, training, compensation, and performance appraisal.
B.S. in International Business: This degree helps students acquire a thorough understanding of managing global operations in the contemporary business environment.
B.S. in Management, Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management Track: Students will focus on creation and operation of a small business.
B.S. in Management, General Management Track: The track is distinguished by its emphasis on the achievement of organized goals through the efforts of organization members.

B.S. in Management, Operations Management Track: Students in this track focus on production, operations, quality issues, and inventory and capacity management.
Minor in Entrepreneurship for Fine Arts Students: The minor for fine arts students is designed to give nonbusiness majors a general background in starting and running a small business.
Minor in Management: This minor is for business majors in the Eberly College of Business and Information Technology.
