Tim Hayes ’82 (B.A. Journalism), president of Pittsburgh-based professional communications firm Tim Hayes Consulting, recently earned the 2010 Cicero Speechwriting Award for “Be Explosive! Maximizing Chances from Chaos,” a commencement address written for the president of Alcoa Defense, Inc.
The Cicero Award is one of the most prestigious national competitions for excellence in speechwriting.
