Thomas Fiddler ’86, a lawyer of approximately twenty years, joined White and Williams LLP as partner in the Commercial Litigation Department with the firm’s Philadelphia office.
Prior to joining White and Williams, Fiddler was a partner at Cozen O’Connor. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, Supreme Court of New Jersey, Third Circuit Court of Appeals, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and the District of New Jersey and has been admitted to practice pro hac vice before numerous other courts. Fiddler is a member of the American Bar Association’s Section of Litigation, Commercial and Business Litigation Committee, Trial Practice Committee, and Trial Evidence Committee. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Civil Litigation Section and the Philadelphia Bar Association.
Originally from Indiana, Pa., Fiddler resides in Lafayette Hill, Pa. with his wife and three children. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1990, where he served as managing editor of the Journal of Law and Commerce, and graduated magna cum laude from IUP.
