Burke has concentrated his practice on a variety of environmental law areas for more than 30 years and has been with Taft since 1981. He has represented clients in numerous environmental litigation, Superfund, RCRA, and cleanup matters in more than 25 states around the country. Burke is a certified hazardous materials manager and was named 2014 Environmental Litigation Lawyer of the Year for the Cincinnati region by Best Lawyers. He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
