Molly Blehi Filler ’04 and her husband, Joshua Filler ’04, are sharing this photo of their 20-month daughter, Violet Bean.
“My husband and I met at IUP and graduated in the summer of 2004 (me with a B.A. in Communications, he with a B.A. in Communications and Philosophy),” Molly said. “We desperately tried to have our July 7, 2006, wedding on campus, but were denied by the powers that be. Nevertheless, I insisted on having our wedding photos taken in the Oak Grove (a place near and dear to my heart).
“We currently reside in Madison, Wis. I am an e-learning designer for Epic, a company that develops electronic medical record software, and my husband is now a college professor in philosophy at a small liberal arts school in Ripon, Wis.”

“We took these pictures of Violet and I thought of sending them on—just so I could brag about a very special “product” of our matriculation and so you (or whoever might be interested) could see that, though we’re far from IUP, we still show our school spirit!”
