Dwayne Wirfel ’00 is an information technology specialist for the National Energy Technology Laboratory. Dwayne will work on software and system administration projects.
Previously, he worked on infrastructure and data center operations for the Alaska Army National Guard.
Dwayne grew up in Johnstown, Pa., and earned his computer science undergraduate degree from IUP and his Master of Science in Management–Project Management from Colorado Technical University, and he is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in business with a specialization in project management.
He lives in Anchorage, Alaska, and intends to move his family this summer to their new home in Pittsburgh, Pa.
