“I am not surprised that Colleen was selected by the USM Board of Regents for this prestigious award; she exemplifies all that quality and excellence is about in higher education,” FSU President Jonathan Gibralter said. “She performs her job with a focus upon only what is best for our students and our institution. I am very proud of this highly skilled and enormously professional staff member.”
