Courtney DeNicola ’00 married Christopher Nowak on November 5, 2010, in Queens, New York City. In attendance at the wedding were IUP alumni Monica DelRosso ’00 (bridesmaid), Merideth McIntyre-Richards ’00 (bridesmaid), Deb Sollenberger ’00, Jennifer Mitchell ’00, and Jessica Hazen-Necci ’01.
A Journalism major at while at IUP, Courtney is a senior media relations officer at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. She and Chris reside on Staten Island.
“Interestingly enough, “Courtney said, “Monica and her fiancé now own a photography and entertainment company in Lighthouse Point, Florida, called Picture It Perfect. (Monica is also a full-time elementary school teacher.) Their company took the photo. They do great work!”
