Registration for the full conference is only $240 and includes all activities and conference meals. Single-day rates and non-member rates are also available as follows:

Single-day Conference Fees

  • Wednesday, June 5: $70 per person (includes pre-conference session, opening receptions, and showcases)
  • Thursday, June 6: $130 (includes breakfast, keynote lunch, workshops, and showcases)
  • Friday, June 7: $70 (includes breakfast, awards/meeting lunch, and workshops)
  • Non-member fee: $50 if not a member of PA Presenters

Guest Pricing for Meals

  • Wednesday Opening Reception at Jimmy Stewart Museum: $40
  • Thursday Opening Breakfast: $20
  • Thursday Keynote Lunch: $30
  • Friday Breakfast: $15
  • Friday Awards/Meeting Lunch: $15

Scholarships

Scholarships that cover the conference registration costs are available to first- and second-time attendees from presenter organizations in Pennsylvania. Up to two scholarships per presenting organization are permitted. The organization membership must be current or the non-member fee is required. Scholarships will be provided to qualifying applicants until funds are exhausted.

Conference Host Hotel

The host hotel for our conference is the Holiday Inn of Indiana at the special rate of only $99 a night per room. The Holiday Inn, the “preferred hotel of the Lively Arts,” is located within two miles of the IUP campus with free parking, free wireless Internet, an indoor pool and recreation area, and other amenities. It will also be the site of our Thursday morning breakfast and meetings as well as our informal late night gatherings.

Block Increased

Although the original block deadline was May 15, the hotel has graciously agreed to expand it while rooms remain available. Please be sure to refer to the group code PAR when reserving. Please do not delay, as another group begins to arrive Thursday, June 6, and availability may be limited.

Holiday Inn PoolParking and Buses

Parking on campus during the conference will be free and convenient to all on-campus conference facilities. We will, however, provide shuttle buses throughout the conference schedule for those who will not have a vehicle or would rather leave it at the Holiday Inn.

Alternate Lodging

Nearly all registrants, as expected, have chosen to stay at the Holiday Inn or elsewhere. Therefore, we have closed the on-campus option.
