Written by Tom Kitt and Brian Yorkey, and under the direction of Nicholas Hrutkay, who helmed past KRT productions of Bat Boy, Evil Dead, and Discovering Eden. This award-winning smash hit is a powerfully emotional journey that takes on new territory in contemporary musical theatre with a mix of raw energy and grace. With provocative lyrics and a score featuring more than 30 original songs, Next to Normal is a heart-swelling and searingly painful dissection of a mother’s mental illness and her suburban family's struggle to keep their world intact. This show deals with adult issues and situations. Tickets are available beginning June 16th at the HUB Box Office, and will be sold at the door starting 45 minutes before the performance. Ticket prices are $14 Regular and $10 with an I-Card.
