02 The mezzanine, named for the late E. James Trimarchi, serves as the main lobby of the complex and also may be used for larger gatherings. 03 The lobby of Toretti Auditorium is located next to the mezzanine. It was named in honor of the Toretti family of Indiana by the Hardy Family Trust. 06 The PNC Room may be set up for banquets, business luncheons, and more. 08 The Athletics Department administrative and coaches’ offices are found on the concourse level of the arena. The suite was named in honor of Indiana residents Ed and Joan Bratton. 09 The IUP Athletics Hall of Fame is located on the concourse level of the arena and is visible from most parts of the arena. 10 During the complex’s grand opening, Barnum and Bailey Circus performers entertained visitors on the arena concourse. The food court carries many offerings, including items from some local vendors. 11 The IUP Alumni Suite is situated on the concourse level of the arena and just a few steps away from the action. It may be booked for private events. 12 The IUP Alumni Suite is equipped with large flat-screen televisions and can be set up for numerous private social events. 13 Ed Fry Arena, named by Chad Hurley ’99 in honor of long-time track coach Edwin Fry, can seat up to 5,000 people. In this photo, the court floor is installed in time for the grand opening. 14 On the day of the Kovalchick Complex’s grand opening, IUP President David Werner addressed visitors from the arena floor—from the same view IUP athletes will have as they compete. 15 Numerous shows take place in the Kovalchick Complex arena—concerts, music shows, and more, including the circus. 16 A complete schedule of large-scale entertainment that will take place in the arena can be found at kovalchickcomplex.com. 18 Several luxury boxes line one side of the arena and are perfect for corporate entertaining. Contact information for obtaining rates and amenities information may be found at kovalchickcomplex.com. 17 During its annual Business Day, the Eberly College of Business used the arena as a large-scale luncheon facility, where students could network with alumni. 19 In addition to having a first-rate weight room and athletic training room, IUP athletes also find themselves in the best locker rooms in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference. 20 The women’s basketball team uses this room. 07 The conference center has meeting rooms of many sizes. 04 The 650-seat auditorium is used for entertainment—comedy shows, for example—and as a component of the conference center for large-audience programming. 05 The PNC Room is perfect for a large function or break out sessions. It can be divided into three portions or used as one room.
