Student Employment at the IT Support Center

The IT Support Center occasionally conducts searches for student employees to assist in providing support to IUP faculty, staff, and students.

Students wishing to be included in the applicant pool should complete and submit the IT Support Center Student Employment Application (PDF). Simply complete the required information, then submit via e-mail to, or print and hand deliver to G-35 Delaney Hall. Submitting this form does not guarantee employment.

Responsibilities of this position include technology-related assignments, support of walk-in customers at the IT Support Center, and over-the-phone troubleshooting. Prior knowledge and ability to troubleshoot technology-related issues, as well as customer service experience, is a major plus.

Applicants should have strong written and oral communication skills, an eagerness to learn and retain information, and be able to participate effectively during an interview.
