You can find the assigned channels for each multimedia classroom by viewing the number on the List of Multimedia Classroom webpage. The rooms are listed by building, college and installation phase. To change the receiver channel, follow the steps below:

  2. Select "Tools" from the TurningPoint toolbar, then select "Settings" from the menu (as shown by the red arrow).
    TP_SelectTools

  3. From the TurningPoint settings screen, select "Response Device" found at the top left of the screen (as shown by the red arrow).
    TP_RepsonseDevice

  4. Select a new receiver channel from the dropdown menu just underneath the ResponseCard Channels label (as shown by the red arrow).
    TP_SelectChannel

  5. When you have selected the new channel, click the "Done" button found in the lower right corner of the screen.
