How to Manually Update Your Whitelist or Blacklist

 
  1. Log into imail at https://imail.iup.edu. You must choose the imail Layout to access the anti-spam settings.
  2. Click the Anti-Spam link (in the gray row at the top, toward the right side).

    You may be prompted for your e-mail address and password. Enter your IUP e-mail address and your e-mail password, then click Secure login.
  3. Choose the appropriate section: Whitelisted addresses and domains for addresses you wish to whitelist, or Blacklisted addresses and domains for addresses you wish to blacklist. If you don't see these sections, you will need to Opt In to the Anti-Spam Service.
  4. Enter a full e-mail address (joeuser@abc.net), a full mailing list address (abba-fans-unite@abc.net) or a full domain name (abc.net). Multiple entries can be added, but each entry must be on its own line. Wildcards are not permitted.
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the Anti-spam window and click the Save Settings button.

  6. Scroll to the bottom of the Anti-spam window and click the Close button.
  7. Click Logout to exit imail.
