Hardware Quotes: Hardware quotes and specifications for desktop PCs, laptops, monitors and printers configured for the administrative network, quotes for supported tablet devices, and options for purchases for personal use.
Printer Support: Printer support and information for IUP-owned printers, including recommendations and quotes for office printers.
Student Hardware Support: Services provided by the IT Support Center for student hardware
Hardware Guidelines for Student Computers: Hardware guidelines for student computer purchases
Technology Deals for Students: Package deals for IUP students on computers and other technology from various manufacturers.
Smartphones: Approved list of smartphones and procedures for ordering
Personal Mobile Devices: The IT Support Center does not provide support for personal mobile devices like smartphones, tablets and e-readers, but provides instructions as a resource to students and employees who wish to set up their own devices to connect to the IUP network or to access their IUP e-mail account.
Surplus Equipment: When your office or department has computer equipment that needs to be surplused, please create a new ticket in ihelp (ihelp.iup.edu).
