First, you must complete the test scoring header sheet and key sheet(s), fill out the test scoring request form, and place the completed sheets in the proper order in the envelope.
Please also be sure to complete the identifying information on the envelope. Once you’ve completed those steps, you can drop off and pick up your tests:
Dropping off the Test Packet(s)
Please take the test packet(s) to the IT Support Center, Suite G35, Delaney Hall. You can drop it off at the window during normal hours of operation. There is also an after-hours drop box for your convenience. Faculty members must use their I-Card to gain entry to the drop box after 5:30 p.m.
The test packets are recorded and a batch number is assigned.
When the processing is completed, the faculty member will receive an e-mail message containing the batch number and other important information about the exam. No phone calls will be made.
Picking up the Test Packet(s)
The faculty member or a representative can pick up the test packet at the IT Support Center, Suite G35, Delaney Hall.
- The faculty member or a designee can pick up the exam by providing the batch number to IT Support Center staff.
- If the faculty member cannot provide the batch number, photo ID can be presented. The name on the photo ID must match the name on the envelope.
- If the photo ID is not available, the faculty member will be asked to provide identifying information that will be verified by IT Support Center staff. If the information can be verfied, the faculty member may pick up the exam.
