How to Get Help on IUP Live Mail

You can get additional information on IUP Live Mail by using the help function within the Web app.

1. Login to your IUP Live Mail account at http://outlook.com.
2. Select the ? icon, which appear in the upper right corner of the screen (under your profile picture and username).
3. Select Help from the drop-down menu.
