The whitelist identifies e-mail addresses or subdomains which will bypass the content filtering of the anti-spam service. If you receive an e-mail message from an e-mail address or subdomain on your whitelist, it will never be flagged as spam.
The blacklist identifies e-mail addresses or subdomains that will always be flagged as spam, unless the e-mail address or subdomain appears on your whitelist.
In the Automated listing settings of the anti-spam service, the default settings are:
