If you are developing and online course or trying to figure out how to integrate technology into instruction, instructional designers are on hand to assist you in planning your use of technology and selecting technology tools. Please contact the IT Support Center to make an appointment.

Support Information

As a faculty member, your first point of contact for technology issues is your college technology manager.

If you are having an issue logging into an enterprise-wide service, such as Banner, SAP, BW, or WebCal, you can submit a ticket via ihelp.iup.edu, or send an e-mail message from your IUP e-mail account to it-support-center@iup.edu, requesting a password reset. Be sure to clearly specify which password needs to be reset.

If you are unable to log into the IUP network or your IUP e-mail account, you may call the IT Support Center at 724-357-4000 for assistance. You will be asked to provide verification of your identity to have your network or e-mail password reset over the phone.
