Support Information
As a faculty member, your first point of contact for technology issues is your college technology manager.
If you are having an issue logging into an enterprise-wide service, such as Banner, SAP, BW, or WebCal, you can submit a ticket via ihelp.iup.edu, or send an e-mail message from your IUP e-mail account to it-support-center@iup.edu, requesting a password reset. Be sure to clearly specify which password needs to be reset.
If you are unable to log into the IUP network or your IUP e-mail account, you may call the IT Support Center at 724-357-4000 for assistance. You will be asked to provide verification of your identity to have your network or e-mail password reset over the phone.
