The anti-spam service is an “add-on” to the current IUP e-mail environment that will aid in identifying and handling messages that may be spam.  The anti-spam service uses content filtering to determine if a message should be considered spam.  Therefore, as with any anti-spam utility, there is a risk that some legitimate e-mail messages will be flagged as spam (i.e. false-positives).  It is extremely important to visit the links below to understand the anti-spam service.
