The IT Support Center provides technology support to students, faculty and support staff at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
These services were formerly provided by the Academic Help Desk, the Administrative Help Desk, the Instructional Design Center (IDC), and the Student Help Desk.
The IT Support Center can be contacted via the methods below.
When classes are not in session and during the summer sessions, the hours of operation will be 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. The dates are:
- May 12, 2008 through August 15, 2008 (Summer Sessions)
- November 24, 2008 through November 28, 2008 (Thanksgiving Break)
- December 15, 2008 through January 9, 2009 (Winter Semester Break)
