Please join us for the Office of International Education’s International Coffee Hour on November 11, 2009, from noon to 1:15 p.m. in the Crimson Event Center. This will be a traditional Thanksgiving meal provided by the Office of International Education, with music performed by Terry Sabo.

On Wednesday, November 4, 2009, the Office of International Education will be hosting a prospective new IUP partner, UHI Millennium Institute from Scotland. UHI is a consortium of thirteen institutions across Scotland.

The IUP International Education Scholarship application deadline is now extended until Friday, October 30, 2009. This scholarship is for any IUP student planning to study abroad during Spring semester 2010 on any IUP-approved study abroad program.

Students, faculty, and staff enjoyed a diverse array of cultural activities during International Coffee Hour, sponsored by the Office of International Education. This event celebrates the beginning of International Education Week.

The Office of International Education is pleased to announce that the largest group of international students in IUP history enrolled this Fall semester—290 new international students from thirty-eight countries.
