As the class progresses, yoga flow and more advanced postures will be added according to needs of the participants. All ages levels of yoga practitioners are welcome. The goal of this class will be stress relief though physical movement. Be sure your doctor recommends this practice.
Materials needed: Bring a yoga or exercise mat for your comfort.

2:30 p.m.–3:30 p.m. | 109 Uhler Hall IUP’s Institutional Review Board (IRB) provides oversight for research with human participants. The Board is introducing new, simplified forms and instructions as well as an educational series this spring to provide a forum for investigators and their advisors to learn about and/or discuss standards and practices associated with human subjects research.
Each one-hour session will begin with a brief (10-15 minute) presentation pertaining to the topic of the day, followed by discussion of the topic and/or any other topic of interest to attendees. All sessions will be held in 109 Uhler.
