Department of Industrial and Labor Relations

The Graduate Department of Industrial and Labor Relations offers a graduate degree program within the College of Health and Human Services as well as several undergraduate service courses open to students of any major or college. The M.A. in ILR is a multidisciplinary program designed to prepare professionals for a career in the field of Employment Relations in public and private management, unions, government agencies, and neutral and service organizations. Over eight hundred alumni have graduated from the program, which celebrated its thirtieth anniversary during the 2007-2008 academic year.
