Job Classification
Each IUP management and staff position is paid at a rate that corresponds to its assigned duties and responsibilities.
Professional Development
The Office of Human Resources identifies organizational needs and provides relevant training and informational programs to IUP managers, supervisors, and staff.
Wellness Works
Wellness Works is a campus wellness program for faculty and staff members.
