Housing Agreements for next Academic Year signups

Agreement Contract Apartment: Housing Agreement for Apartments. This is a legally binding contract that cannot be broken once entered into.
Agreement Contract Residence Halls: IUP Office of Housing and Residence Life Residence Hall Housing License Agreement and Dining Services Contract. This is a legal agreement between IUP and the individual student and cannot be cancelled once finalized.
Agreement Contract Suites: Suite Housing License Agreement and Dining Services Contract is a binding contract. The Foundation for IUP has partnered with the university to develop the Suites at IUP. IUP is the exclusive manager of these facilities.
Agreement Contract Punxsutawney Campus: IUP Office of Housing and Residence Life Housing License Agreement for Punxsutawney Campus. This is a legal agreement between IUP and the individual student and cannot be cancelled once finalized.
