Housing Agreements and Contracts

Acceptance Form, International Students: IUP residence hall housing license agreement acceptance, 2008-2009
Acceptance Form, Summer: IUP residence hall room reservation request form for Summer 2008
Housing/Dining Agreement, 2007-2008: IUP residence hall housing license agreement and dining services contract
Housing/Dining Agreement, Summer: IUP residence hall housing license agreement and dining services contract, Summer Sessions 2008
Apartment Agreement: IUP housing license agreement for apartment living
Housing/Dining Agreement, 2008-2009: IUP residence hall housing license agreement and dining services contract
Suites Agreement, 2008-2009: Suites buildings housing license agreement and dining services contract
Crimson Event Center Request Form: Event center, housed within Folger Dining Hall, is for student dining and special event catering.

Housing Prepayment Form, 2008: Advance housing payment for Bursar’s office
Meningitis Compliance Form: IUP Meningitis Policy compliance form, required by law
Posting Procedure: Posting of bulletins is coordinated by Office of Housing and Residence Life
Summer Dining Plan Form
Food/Alcohol/Refreshment Request Form: File at least one week in advance of event.
Residency Requirement Exemption Request Form: Form used to request exemption from two-semester residency requirement at IUP
Summer Dining Plan: Dining plan membership contract, to be returned to the Office of Housing and Residence Life
