The Department of Hospitality Management's Allenwood Restaurant, located on the lower level of Ackerman Hall, will open on Tuesday, October 9th. We will be serving from 11:45 AM until 1:00 PM. The Menu for A Perfect Premier; Cranberry Almond Salad: Ignite your appetite with our seasonal dried cranberries and crunchy slivered almonds nestled atop a petite bed of crisp lettuce greens splashed with our house balsamic vinaigrette; Freshly Baked Knot Rolls: Treat yourself to our homemade single knot rolls paired with a delicious cinnamon butter rosette that will light up your taste buds; The Star of the Show: Stroll down our red carpet and find a succulent filet mignon cooked-to-order and drizzled with our parmesan-garlic butter.
