Interviews are conducted with our associate director, Kevin Berezansky (kevinb@iup.edu), and can be either formal—for high school seniors who are interviewing for their application—or informal—for high school juniors who just want a chance to learn more about the Honors College. The interview is a crucial event for both sides of the table: We get to know more about you, and you get to know more about us. Because there are few ways to have a chance to see the whole person like the interview, we highly recommend an interview for all applicants.

The Nuts and Bolts

• Interviews usually last about half an hour and are complemented perfectly with a tour or overnight visit.
• You can schedule an interview in person (preferred) or over the phone or via Skype (if distance is an issue).
