The Department of History offers three undergraduate degrees, a Master of Arts in History, and five complimentary minors.

Asian Studies Minor: A diverse minor to compliment degrees such as History, Political Science, Art History, Religious Studies, and more!

History Minor: Maybe you are working on another degree, but have a strong interest in history... a history minor is for you!

Latin American Studies Minor: Earning a degree in Spanish? Anthropology? The Latin American Studies minor is a great compliment to more programs than just History!
M.A. in History: Traditionally, most historians have become teachers. But increasingly, historians are seeking employment in non-teaching fields, including careers in museum, archival, or library work or in tourism and travel.
Pan-African Studies Minor: A worldly minor that compliments degrees in History, Business, Anthropology, Political Science and more!
Women’s Studies Minor: A very diverse minor that compliments degree programs such as History, Psychology, Sociology, Religious Studies, Anthropology, and even English!
