Health Service

The Health Service is the campus health-care provider for IUP students.

It is a part of the Center for Health and Well-Being, located in the Suites on Maple East. We are located on the ground floor where our offices provide routine health services for students. Use the links to the right to learn more about our services, fees, and procedures. We welcome questions via e-mail or phone.

Please note that all IUP students are required to submit their health history and immunization forms electronically. If you have not already done so, please refer to the Health History Electronic Forms page.
