Criminology
The department offers students a broad liberal arts education that prepares them for careers in the criminal justice system and encourages critical thinking about issues of crime and justice.
Culinary Arts
The Academy of Culinary Arts at Indiana University of Pennsylvania is a nationally-recognized cooking school. Choose from accelerated programs in Culinary Arts and Baking and Pastry or earn your B.S. degree with our combination Culinary and Hospitality Management, Culinary and Nutrition or Culinary Dietetics options.
Employment and Labor Relations
The MA in ELR is a multidisciplinary program designed to prepare professionals for a career in the field of Employment Relations in public and private management, unions, government agencies, and neutral and service organizations.
Food and Nutrition
We have educated more than 1,000 dietitians/nutritionists over the past 30 years. We'll provide you with a comprehensive and progressive education so that you, also, can become one of our outstanding graduates.
Hospitality Management
IUP Hospitality Management prepares students for professional management careers within the hospitality industry.
Human Development and Environmental Studies
The department offers four programs—Child Development and Family Relations, Family and Consumer Sciences Education, Fashion Merchandising, and Interior Design—that prepare graduates to support human and environmental needs and perform professionally.
Kinesiology, Health, and Sport Science
The Kinesiology, Health, and Sport Science Department is a diverse and interdisciplinary department that offers multiple nationally accredited programs of study designed to promote lifetime health, fitness, and physical activity across the lifespan.
Nursing and Allied Health Professions
The department offers undergraduate degrees in Nursing, Respiratory Care, Clinical Laboratory Science, and Nuclear Medicine Technology, as well as an MS in Nursing and a PhD in Nursing.
Safety Sciences
The Safety Sciences Department offers undergraduate and graduate programs to prepare individuals for careers in the safety, health, and environmental profession.
