Health Service will begin enforcing the Center for Health and Well-Being “No-Show Fee” effective Spring semester 2013. If you have scheduled an appointment at the Health Service and cannot attend, you must cancel the appointment.

Flu shots are still available in various locations around Indiana. Free flu shots are available to IUP students while supplies last at the IUP Health Service.

The IUP Health Service will be converting to an electronic medical records system beginning with the Fall semester 2011.
