Representatives from IUP, the Foundation for IUP, and local and state government cut the ribbon during a ceremony September 24, 2009, for Phase III of the Residential Revival.
This phase of the $270-million project to replace student housing involved the building of the Sutton Suites, along Pratt Drive opposite the east lawn of Sutton Hall, and the Suites on Pratt, at Maple Street and Pratt Drive. The Sutton Suites building is in the former location of Esch and Wallace halls, and the Suites on Pratt building is at the former site of Campus Towers.
