IUP Culinary Escoffier Club Explores New York City
Students at the IUP Academy of Culinary Arts took to the road for a field trip to New York City in March. Culinary and Baking students had a great time exploring hundreds of ethnic food outlets throughout the city as well as the markets of China Town and Little Italy. Our students show us a few of their favorite stops in the photos below.
