The IUP Punxsutawney campus hosted its first annual Health Fair on September 7, 2011. The purpose of the Health Fair was to invite health-related agencies to the IUP at Punxsutawney campus to meet and share important information to both the Culinary Art and IUP West End students.
Our Health Fair Committee (Malinda Cowles, Mysti Dinger, and Theo Turner), invited thirteen local agencies from the Punxsutawney area to come and participate in the Health Fair. Almost two hundred faculty, staff, and students participated in a variety of tests and demonstrations during the fair.
