The Department of Food and Nutrition offers degree programs both at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
Students pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition can choose among three tracks: Culinary Dietetics, Dietetics, or Nutrition. Undergraduate students can also choose to Minor in Nutrition. The Master of Science degree program is offered fully online. In addition, the Department offers a graduate level Dietetic Internship program for students to obtain the supervised practice experience necessary for eligibility to take the national examination to become a Registered Dietitian.
